Once you’ve scheduled a class through our platform, you’ll join a virtual session with 2-4 fellow students from around the world or opt for a 1-on-1 private lesson if you’ve chosen that plan. The teacher will introduce themselves and commence the lesson, utilizing learning materials that you can download at the end.

You’re welcome to interact with the teacher and classmates, but there’s no obligation to do so. As the class concludes, the teacher will summarize the key points and ensure everyone has grasped the concepts covered. Both group and private classes at EFL Academy Hub are highly effective, allowing you to choose the format that best aligns with your personal preferences and learning style.

The pace of progress depends on your dedication and consistent effort, just as with learning any new skill. If your goal is to improve rapidly, we recommend making language learning a regular habit. Active participation in class, coupled with completing the downloadable materials provided after each session, will yield optimal results. Additionally, the rate of improvement may vary based on the specific EFL Academy Hub plan you choose, as some of our plans are more intensive than others.

Absolutely. Our diverse range of lessons focuses on developing different language competencies, including Speaking, Conversational Skills, Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading, and Writing. By mastering these skills, you’ll gain the confidence to communicate effectively in any situation, comprehend native-level instructors from around the world, and feel at ease constructing simple to complex sentence structures.

You can create a class reservation up to 7 days in advance of your desired date and time. It will be available for an instructor to claim. However, if no teacher claims the class within 2 hours before the scheduled start, it will be automatically cancelled. This cancellation will not result in any penalty or disqualification for you.

Rescheduling is not possible, but you can cancel a class without losing your credit if you do so at least 48hrs before the scheduled lesson. Alternatively, if it’s within 7 days, you can immediately cancel within 30 minutes of booking to receive your credit back, allowing you to book a more convenient time. Please note that no-shows will result in a lost credit, and cancellations within 24 hours will incur a fee equal to half the class value.

We recommend checking your internet connection, microphone, and audio settings 15 minutes before class begins. Wearing headphones will ensure optimal audio quality. Download and review the learning materials in advance. Have a glass of water ready, as you’ll be actively speaking during the lesson. A quiet, distraction-free room or workspace will help you concentrate.
How can I give feedback on my classes? After each class, you can provide feedback by sending an email to info@eflacademyhub.com with the subject line “Class: [Date] [Time]”. We value every opinion and take all reviews seriously as we strive to continually improve our offerings.

At EFL Academy Hub, students gain access to a wealth of resources. You can freely download class materials and utilize them at your convenience. After each lesson, we provide opportunities to reinforce your newly acquired skills through practice sessions with personalized feedback.

Additionally, our website offers downloadable exercises, complementary lesson plans, and active social media channels for further knowledge expansion. All our materials are meticulously crafted by EFL Academy Hub’s subject matter experts, ensuring full alignment with the globally recognized CEFR standards.

We understand that scheduling conflicts may arise. As long as you provide at least 48 hours’ notice, we can gladly reschedule your class with the teacher, ensuring neither party is inconvenienced. However, if the cancellation or rescheduling request comes within the 48-hour window, we will need to charge or deduct a 50% fee from your class payment.

This policy is in place because our teachers may have declined other commitments or spent time preparing for your scheduled lesson. We aim for transparency and fairness for all involved. In case of true emergencies where advance notice is not possible, please inform us promptly, and we will evaluate the situation with understanding and flexibility, as unexpected events can happen to anyone.

To participate in our online classes, you’ll need three essential components: a reliable internet connection, a computer or laptop, and the free video conferencing software, Zoom, installed on your device.
